FAQ:
1.Why choose us?
We have been in the used heavy machinery for more than 20 years with abundant machines stock in China. Reliable Credibility and good after-sales service is what we insist on for long term business partnership.

2.How is the payment terms?
Payment: 30% advanced by T/T and the balance once upon machine lading. the BL will be sent to u within 7 days after the ship leaves departure port.

3. what’s the delivery time?
Usually, we make merchandise inventory in advance. You can choose the machine after u check and test. If u choose to ship by container, it takes around 7days. If ship by bulk, it takes around 2 weeks after the deposit.

4.How can we guarantee quality?？
The AC and operation system will be checked in the cabin, the engine and pump will be maintained if it doesn‘t work so well. we will also change all kinds of pipes if there are some places oil leaking. And the track will also be tighten if they get loose. Besides, it will also be cleaned well-around and repainted according to the requirements of clients.

5.How is the shipping way?
We have many ways of Safe, fast and trustable delivery:
1)Container: cheapest and fast.
2)Bulk cargo ship: higher cost than container and no need to dismantle.
3)Flat rack ship: higher cost than container and no need to dismantle.
4)RO RO ship: higher cost than container and no need to dismantle.
You can choose your favorite depend on your own requirements.
Delivery: Within 5 working days after confirmation.

6.How is the after-sales service?
1 year guarantee of core parts: engine and pump. The consumptive spare parts will be provided within 6months if anything wrong.
